We want you to be really pleased with your purchase so our jewellery comes with our money back guarantee. We are happy for you to return any unwanted pieces within 30 days of the order being delivered for a refund or replacement.
We have extended the returns period for the festive season of giving — any orders placed from 27 November 2018 can be returned for a full refund up until and including 15 January 2019 or 30 days, whichever is later.
Please return the jewellery as it was lovingly sent to you with your packaging. A returns form will be sent with your order, please complete this with any jewellery return. Earrings will be sent out in a sealed bag for hygiene reasons — a refund or replacement request will be processed if the seal is intact upon return.
When returning jewellery with a manufacturing fault, please contact us for an alternative returns process.
Please obtain a proof of posting when returning your items. We recommend that jewellery is returned via a trackable service.
Jewellery that we consider to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited.
If you would like to exchange your jewellery for an alternative design within the stated terms, please contact us and we can help and direct you.
Exchanged items will be despatched when the jewellery has been returned and checked by quality control. Can’t wait? Place your order and we will refund your original purchase.
Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt of the returned items and the original payment credit or debit card will be credited with the cost of goods, less any delivery costs. It may take an additional 3-7 days to credit your account.
Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated terms will be refunded as a credit note at the discretion of Kit Heath Ltd.
In the event of failure to return any item to us within the time limits stated, even though validly cancelled, we reserve the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
